ABOUT FRONTERA FUND:
WHAT THIS SITE IS NOT:
The Frontera Fund Website is not an independent charitable group or other philanthropic organization. This site acts as a convenient, brief, and extensive source of information for Americans and Internationally concerned people who would like to make contributions or donations to existing organizations with legally verified and tested track records, in particular with the borderland regions and distinct cultural backgrounds of Northern Mexican people.

For novice or veteran benefactors interested in helping Mexican charities, our links page conveniently offers background & historical research on Borderland politics, plus Northern Mexican charities heavily organized by Americans/International volunteers. Read guidelines of a group's specific needs. If you desire to volunteer professional or trade services, contact that group's representatives for screening. If you desire to start a particular Mexican charity, research our pages on International bylaws towards non-profit causes and Mexican laws.

The Northern States of Mexico remain highly complex and often volatile regions politically, as the U.S. continues its process of "immigration reform" that has left economic and political refugees from many regions of Mexico (and other nations), in displaced limbo. These civilian's hardships are further enhanced by borderland troubles dealing with smuggling, local crime, and fierce enviromental conditions (frost in winter/dehydration in summer).

Regardless of what political administrations the U.S./Mexico place in power, the borderland Mexican states are needy of year-round philanthropic help for families, women, and children as non-legal immigration curbs have produced fatal/tragic consequences (Operation Gatekeeper).

IF YOU HAVE A CHARITABLE CAUSE WITH MEXICO
Frontera Fund is interested in adding more charitable causes for Northern Mexican states that follow non-profit, legal guidelines first. If you've a website, email it for review. If you aren't online yet, send an email with the Mexico charity name, an address or email listing, and a description of its service or cause.
